These terms apply to every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and buying for personal use. We may decline or cancel orders that look like resale, bulk diversion or fraud.

Products are food supplements

Everything sold here is a food supplement, not a medicine. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking prescription medication.

Product descriptions, ingredient amounts and test results are published in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Individual results vary and nothing on this site is a promise of a health outcome.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at 5%. The price you see is the price you pay; tax is not added at checkout. Your tax invoice is available with your order and shows the GST breakdown.

We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

When a contract is formed

Adding to cart is not an order. Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists only when we confirm dispatch - until then we may decline the order for any of the reasons in the cancellation policy, and refund you in full.

For prepaid orders, payment is taken through Razorpay and the order stays unconfirmed until the payment gateway's signed confirmation reaches us. An order that appears to have paid but has not been confirmed is never dispatched.

Cash on delivery

COD is available up to Rs 5,000 with a Rs 49 handling fee. Orders above Rs 1,000 are confirmed before dispatch. Repeatedly refusing COD parcels may end COD availability on your account; prepaid stays open.

Danann Coins

• 1 coin is worth Rs 1 against a future order.
• Coins are earned on orders you have paid for, at the rate shown at the time.
• Coins expire one year after they are earned, each earning tracked separately, and the oldest are always spent first.
• Redemption is capped at 20% of an order's subtotal, with a minimum of 100 coins.
• Coins have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are reversed if the order that earned them is refunded.
• We may adjust or withdraw coins obtained through abuse of the programme.

Coupons and promotions

Discounts always require a coupon code entered at checkout - nothing is discounted silently. Coupons have expiry dates, usage limits and eligibility rules stated where they are offered, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value.

Your account

Keep your password and OTPs to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has access. Give us accurate delivery details - we are not liable for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you got wrong.

Reviews and user content

You keep ownership of what you write, and grant us a licence to display it on this site. We moderate reviews and will remove content that is abusive, false, promotional, or makes medical claims. We will not remove a review just because it is unfavourable.

Our content

The text, photography, formulations, branding and site design are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully limit, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, natural events, strikes and government restrictions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
