How and when your order reaches you, and how to stop it if you change your mind.

Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or on a Sunday or public holiday, go out on the next working day.
You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier, and you can check it any time at Track your order using your order number or the courier's AWB. No account is needed to track.

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can add time, and we will tell you if we know your parcel is delayed.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is Rs 59 on orders below Rs 799.
- Delivery is free on orders of Rs 799 and above.
- The charge is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on orders up to Rs 5,000, with a Rs 49 handling fee shown at checkout. For COD orders above Rs 1,000 we will confirm the order over WhatsApp or a call before dispatch, because an unconfirmed high-value COD parcel is the one most likely to be refused at the door.
We may decline COD for a pincode the courier does not serve on that basis, or where previous COD orders to the same address were refused. Prepaid remains available everywhere we deliver.
Serviceable areas
We deliver across India to any pincode our courier partners serve. If your pincode is not serviceable, checkout will tell you before you pay rather than after.
We do not currently ship outside India.
If nobody is home
Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. After the third failed attempt the parcel is returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Redelivery of a returned parcel is charged at the standard delivery rate.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order yourself right up until it is packed. Go to your orders and use Cancel, or message support with your order number.
Once an order is packed it is committed to the courier run and can no longer be cancelled from your side - at that point it becomes a return, and the Returns & Refunds policy applies.
If you cancel before dispatch, the full amount including any delivery charge is refunded. There is no cancellation fee. Danann Coins redeemed on a cancelled order are returned to your balance with their original expiry date intact.
We may cancel an order ourselves if the item turns out to be out of stock, if the address or pincode cannot be served, if a COD order cannot be confirmed, or where we suspect fraud. You are refunded in full whenever we do.
