  1. Returns Accepted Only If:
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item
  • Wrong item delivered

 

2. Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide: (Order number, Photos or unboxing video, & Description of issue)
  • Product must be unused with original packaging

 

3. Non-Returnable:

  • Opened/used supplements
  • Change of mind
  • Improper storage or handling
  • After 3 days of delivery

 

4. Refund Process:

  • Inspection required after return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from our side.
