- Wrong item delivered
2. Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide: (Order number, Photos or unboxing video, & Description of issue)
- Product must be unused with original packaging
3. Non-Returnable:
- Opened/used supplements
- Change of mind
- Improper storage or handling
- After 3 days of delivery
4. Refund Process:
- Inspection required after return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Timeline: 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from our side.
